| Q3: Could other brand HMI/PLC project be directly opened in Upsilon programming software? | Nope, so far our software only supports Upsilon brand HMI project file. |
| Q4: Does Upsilon HMI supports Siemens, Mitisubishi, AB, ABB, etc.. brand PLC? | There are around 300+ protocol to support the main market PLCs, and the modbus compatible protocol is also available. |
| Q5: Does Upsilon HMI software support Spanish or Russian language? | Sure, there are totally seven UI languages in Upsilon HMI software: English, Chinese, Russian, Persia, Spanish, Korean and Turkish. |
| Q6: How many series HMI do Upsilon have? And what's the available size range? |
So far there are four series. But our new IIoT series has been developing, and will be published in the next year 2021, it will be more cost-effective and more competitive. The available range is as below: ① 4.3 inch - 15.6 inch F6000 IIoT series, the most popular series; ② 4.3 inch - 32 inch F5000 capacitive series, this series has site limit, mainly for medical equipment, board, etc..; ③ 4.3 inch - 15 inch F4000 Full metal strenthened series, this series is recommended for big operation temperature difference sites; ④ 4.3 inch - 9.7 inch F4000 plastic series (it has been replacing by F6000 series bit by bit). |

| Q8: Bad or no response touch after several years using? How to do? | Power on HMI, while holding on any point on HMI until enter "Click to Operate", then check "Touch Calibration". |
| Q9: USB downloading fails, what to do? |
①First please check whether HMI model correspons to the HMI software; ② Check if there is ‘Flexem USB" under "PC"-"Management"-"Device Manager"-"Universal Serial Bus Controller". If not, it indicates that there is a problem with USB cable or the driver installation failed. |
